U9 - (2017/18/19/20/21) Early Bird - $150 ($175 after March 31, 2026)
U11 - (2015/16) Early Bird - $150 ($175 after March 31, 2026)
U13 - (2013/14) Early Bird - $180 ($205 after March 31, 2026)
U15 - (2011/12) Early Bird - $180 ($205 after March 31, 2026)
U17 - (2009/10) Early Bird - $180 ($205 after March 31, 2026)
U21 - (2005/06/07/08) Early Bird - $180 ($205 after March 31, 2026)

NOTES
A $40 late fee will be applied to all registrations after April 30, 2026
No refunds will be given after June 1, 2026
Any refund given prior to June 1st, will incur a $35 service fee
Players must be at least 5 years old as of January 1st.
